Agentic AI that elevates humanity

Based out of NYC
Operating philosophy

The vision

Why

AI should give people their time and their best work back. Not replace the person — clear the noise around them.

How

Start with one real workflow. Keep a person in charge of every decision that matters. Prove it works, then grow.

Day to day

The AI drafts, sorts and follows up. Your team reviews, decides and builds the relationships.

The goal isn’t fewer people. It’s people doing more of what only they can do.

Curiosity drives the work. Discipline keeps it on the road.

Where this is going

Vision

AI working beside people, not instead of them.

Most teams lose hours every day to copying, sorting, chasing and retyping. I build agentic AI into the workflow you already have, so that work gets done quietly in the background and your people get back to the parts that need a person: judgment, relationships and closing.

🚀
Elevate people
Your team spends its day on the work it was hired for, and does its best work.

The 20/60/20 Rule for Working With AI

The 20/60/20 Rule for Working With AI

When people ask me how AI can elevate humanity, they usually expect a big, philosophical answer. My answer is much more practical. It happens one job at a time, when a person plans the work, the AI carries the heavy lifting, and the person stays in charge of the result.

I use a simple way to think about it. I call it the 20/60/20 rule. Twenty percent is planning, sixty percent is the grunt work, and twenty percent is review and deployment. The split keeps the human where the judgment lives.

The first 20%: you plan the job

Before any AI touches the work, you decide what good looks like. What is the goal, who is it for, what does success look like, and what must never happen. This is the part a machine cannot do for you, because it depends on your customers, your standards and your reputation.

Spend real time here. A vague brief produces vague output, no matter how capable the tool is.

The middle 60%: the AI does the grunt work

This is where the hours go away. Drafting, sorting, summarizing, formatting, pulling data together, running the same steps across a long list. Work that is repetitive and time-consuming, but still needs to be done.

That is what the AI is good at. It does not get tired of the fifth follow-up email or the hundredth spreadsheet row. You get the time back for the work that needs you.

The final 20%: you review and deploy

This is the step I refuse to skip. A person reads the output, checks the facts, fixes the tone, and decides whether it goes out. Only then does the work get deployed to customers or to the real world.

I think of this as the accountability step. The AI can produce a draft in seconds, but a human signs off on it. That is what keeps AI in its place as a tool that elevates people instead of one that quietly makes decisions for them.

Why this matters for people

The goal is not fewer people doing work. It is people spending more of their time on the parts only they can do: judgment, relationships, creativity and care. When the 20/60/20 split is respected, the technology removes the drudgery and the person keeps the meaning.

If you want to try it, start with one task that drains your week. Plan it yourself, let the AI handle the middle, and review everything before it goes out. Expand only once you trust the process.

Common questions

Does the AI do most of the thinking? It does most of the repetitive production. The planning and the final call stay with a person.

What if I skip the review step? Don't. Unchecked AI output can contain errors, and the person who deploys it is still responsible for what goes out.

Where should I start? Pick one repetitive task with a clear outcome. Apply the 20/60/20 split and see how it feels before you expand.
